Shipping policy

The processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days. After that shipping time may vary from 3-6 days in the USA will vary. Please keep in mind holidays will effect your shipping.

YOUR ARE RESPONSIBLE TO HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS WHEN COMPLETING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. USPS/UPS/FEDEX FLAGS IF THE ADDRESS IS AN UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS. THE 252 STUDIO WILL EMAIL YOU AND WAIT 48 HOURS FOR A CORRECT ADDRESS RESPONSE. IF NO CONTACT WITHIN THE 48 HOURS WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED. 

IF YOU ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS AND HAVE RECEIVED A SHIPPING NOTIFICIATION, THE 252 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS A TRACKING NUMBER THE ADDRESS CAN NOT BE CHANGED.

RETURNED PACKAGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING. AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO YOU IF THAT SHOULD ARISE.

We, The 252 Studio, are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure that your address is correct when entering in all information during the checkout process. Due to current circumstances, the mail carrier system will fluctuate in delivery times. Please be patient and track your order with the tracking number that was provided to you.
